Grief Therapy

Grief can show up in expected and unexpected ways. As humans, we are wired for connection, so the loss of a loved one can make us feel uncertain, angry, lost, and question our place within the world. We will explore your grief and help you express the pain you currently feel to move you from grief with pain, to grief with love. We hope to guide you to find ways of healing that honour your loved one.

Trauma Therapy
